We feel lonely, sometimes to the point of tears, but we don’t let those tears come because we are not supposed to cry. Or how we feel a surge of love for a partner but we don’t say anything because we’re frozen with the fear of what those words might do to the relationship.

So much for all the shopping and non-stop eating yesterday we decided to do some real tourisy stuff on day 3! we went to the Erawan Shine or more commonly known as the 四面佛. There were thai dancers performing whilst we were there and its actually quite a fixture cos its totally commercialised now.
Diagonally opposite the shrine is Central World which was burnt during the clash earlier this year. Such a pity! I saw a huge Forever21 and Naraya which will make my wallet so upset. o wells.
so we hopped over to Gayson instead to get some aircon. but truely gayson is the same as siam paragon, the rich people's shopping playground. people like me walk out after resting for 10 mins.
anyway we rounded the day with more shopping at siam paragon and siam square area. its a really good time to shop at siam square especially as they have all these temporary stalls set up with the permission given by the government as their business have been affected during the riots! and those stalls juz sell such quirky stuff! pity we didnt have time to really browse through each and every stall =\
lunch was at the food court at siam paragon, they have this special crab fair similar to the different theme fairs we have at isetan at shaw so this is crabby fish maw soup. look at how big big big the pan is!!! omg its the biggest pan i've seen in my life! of course we ordered one of it as pictured below.
all the cold crabs. we didnt really wanna get our fingers dirty so we didnt order this.
soft shell crab! this is nice cos i like the sauce! yummy! newfound love for softshell crab!
this is the fish maw soup! this is nice! they were really generous with their fish maw.
steam crab cake. tasted a bit like otah but a softer version cos its steam? this is the nicest food of all we have in my opinion.
we were actually full then we walked around and saw this. its called chinese bomb. its actually fried dough with an octopus ball inside. they have other flavours too but i have no idea why it is called chinese bomb. do we have bombs like that?
we all have tried goreng pisang before but few of us may have tried grilled banana. this is really fun. they juz cut a slit in the banana and put them on the mesh like bbq and let it grill. the banana turned out really sweet and soft! maybe the next bbq we can try this too!
a must thing to go when i go overseas is to make a visit to the supermarket. look at the variety of snake powder they have! they have 4 diff kinds! so of course we bot those back! haha!
walked ard after lunch and wanted to go to the bangkok museum and there are juz this beautiful installation art!
