We feel lonely, sometimes to the point of tears, but we don’t let those tears come because we are not supposed to cry. Or how we feel a surge of love for a partner but we don’t say anything because we’re frozen with the fear of what those words might do to the relationship.

had the chance to catch the long awaited ip man 2 last night =)) the movie started late at 930. so we went to ps to have ichiban boshi first. and so p loves salmon sashimi and guess wot?! the restaurant has no salmon?!!!!
like which decent jap restaurant doesn't have salmon?! omg! tts like macs nt having cheeseburgers. they ought to put a sign in front of the shop and we wouldn't even have stepped in, in the first place ||-_-
anyway theres body shop sale at the atrium! i bot lotsa stuff. shall take pix and post it tmr! =)
ipman2 was a gala but we didn't take photos with any of the celebs but most of them were still basking in the glory of winning at the star awards a day earlier. p saw mark lee actually having to balance the hotdogsss he bot on one arm so as to free up the other arm to receive the congratulatory handshake from the many friends/fans.
but the movie is awesome!!! the concept is still similar, part 1 was anti jap, part 2 was anti angmoh. but i feel that Chinese movies bring out the message very loud and clear and even emphasize the message several times during the movie.
the main message was that despite difference in statues, everyone should be allowed to live in dignity and with integrity. the other underlying msg is also abt family values that Chinese uphold. especially depicted in the numerous scenes whereby despite his schedule, he never fail to make it home for dinner!
many a times in this busy cosmopolitan city like Singapore, we only have the luxury to have dinner at home onces perhaps every wk or 2 wks. i for one is guilty as charged! when i was still a student, i eat at hm at least 4-5 times a week for dinner but now work has rendered it impossible =\\
