We feel lonely, sometimes to the point of tears, but we don’t let those tears come because we are not supposed to cry. Or how we feel a surge of love for a partner but we don’t say anything because we’re frozen with the fear of what those words might do to the relationship.

Just how much do we love jap food? ALOT! P and I went back to yummy chikuwatei again! This time i knocked off quite late so we were both super hungry such that we prob can eat a cow if nt for the fact that we dont eat beef! so we ordered lots of sides to share + mains!
Salmon sashimi. i still dont eat raw food. but P <3 it!
Gyoza. I usually dont order gyoza as i feel that they are nt v worth the money, supermarket sells ready made gyoza and how difficult issit to pan fry them. even i the kitchen idiot can do that but we were too hungry to think and gyoza is fast cook food so the time taken to prepare will be short meaning we can eat sooner! haha. we were that hungry!
They gyoza they have is surprisingly super nice! the skin is nice soft yet crispy, totally unlike those we order from then ban mien stall =) it came with this vinegar dip pictured in the foreground. an interesting combination! yummy!
Akadeshi Tofu. i ordered this cos i've been ordering chawamushi alot recently but akadeshi tofu is really my first love! =)
The side dish that came with the meal. turnip with carrots. was slightly disappointed its nt the black black seaweed thingy they used to have at wasebei tei.
My salmon set! I changed the rice to garlic fried rice which is yummy! The food at Chikuwaitei is generally value for money as the portion is big and the food is well prepared =) i'm starting to crave for it again!
