We feel lonely, sometimes to the point of tears, but we don’t let those tears come because we are not supposed to cry. Or how we feel a surge of love for a partner but we don’t say anything because we’re frozen with the fear of what those words might do to the relationship.

chu xi night was spent in the car wash. WASHHH!! The queue was so long and they jack up the price! but the worst thing was, the car was as dirty as it was before the wash as compared to after. =\\ i guess cos biz was too gd. they dont realli scrub it.
went to ah orh at tiongbahru for p's extended fam reunion. i tot it was juz a normal coffeeshop turns out tt the shop has quite a name for itself. even my folks who've nvr eaten there knows abt tt czechar and i even met cruzteng there! of cos the first dish has gotta be yusheng! i'm nt a fan of yusheng cos i dont eat raw food. However i love love love love the keropok! =)

finally made it to river hongbao this year. i missed it last year cos it ended b4 i could find time to go =) p and i went river hongbao on chu3. it was super crowded cos it was still a ph. and found out tt this is the first year river hongbao extended it opening hours, opting to start at 12pm instead of the 5pm in previous years. pretty pretty sight that greeted us. Uncle Ringo! havent played that in such a long time! love the bright neon lights! <33
we walked ard the exhibits and saw a dragon made entirely out of maltose. omg! tt is like so amazing it maintained its composure despite Sg's sweltering heat. There is another dragon made entirely out of porcelain wares. of cos there is the god of fortune that rains gold dust every 10mins or so and had most of the adults scrambling to catch bits of the gold dust to bring hm for luck! =) Super pretty Sg skyline of the CBD. There were lots of booths selling stuff from china, ranging from sichuan panda softtoys to their traditional opera mask. then we chance upon this stall that provided free calligraphy. kiasu us jumped at the chance and wrote cai yuan guang jing for daddykin which is now happily on the wall of my living rm! then of cos we had to try those traditional china food. tho it was a mere 9pm, quite alot of the food were sold out. theres this weird concept that you have to buy the food coupons first then use the food coupons to gt the food. the queue was mad long. managed to get the 冷面 which is yummy. i love the tangy vinegar taste on ban mien. its a tad too oily for my liking. but i guess its their culture food. we also had fried sesame balls which my folks raved abt and they are even gonna go bk to the carnival this fri for more! i wanna go again too!! cant wait for the wkend! =))
