We feel lonely, sometimes to the point of tears, but we don’t let those tears come because we are not supposed to cry. Or how we feel a surge of love for a partner but we don’t say anything because we’re frozen with the fear of what those words might do to the relationship.

last sat was shiyan's bdae but tt bz gal could onli meet us on fri so i chiong my work and met them at 830. late enuff to start our dinner! i was the 2nd one to arrive and boy that place despite the ulu-ness was packed to the max!! they serve the drinks in these cool Korean bottle. one is of cos cold water, the other one i presume is like green tea? but it tasted like brown rice water or sth along tt line. so anyway, i juz stuck onto my trusty ice water the whole night.
after we ordered our food, the friendly staff proceeded to set our table and omg! there is no more plc to put anything else on the table!!!!! the kimchi is yummy to the max!
the thing to mention is this nondescript soup. it looks harmless like any other Korean soup we have in the food court which taste like boiled water most of the time. but boy! this is amazingly sour to the max! i have no idea wot they put inside. i guess tts y they served it first. its like an appetizer of sort?
so the above are juz some of wot we ordered. the meat with a lone white mushroom on tip is cow's tongue. then there is the sea of mushroom. we have the spicy tofu soup. this has gotta b one of my fave Korean soup of all time! yummy to the max! then we also had the traditional Korean chicken ginseng soup. the best part about this soup is that, there is free refills! haha! machiam like eating ba ku teh. we also had this spicy chicken hotplate with Korean rice cake. i think it is one of the fusion dishes. i mean Korea didn't traditionally have mozzarella cheese right? but I <3 the rice cakes and the chicken! Lastly we had the pancake! which everyone grabbed immediately! its so yummy! i bot the mix and hope to make it soon!
so the cooking begins! look at that thick fat slab of angus beef! there's also pork and chicken. we kinda over-ordered cos the friendly staff there told us the meat is one serving. she must have tot we looked famished and eat like cows or wot.
and i think koreans and japs are the cutest ppl on earth, for the dessert, they had watermelon cut out into heart shape!!! ultimate cuteness!
tts nt all, they also have this tablet thing that looks like an after meal mint. in fact i read in www.hungrygowhere.com that this dude he actually bit on it before realising its nt meant to be eaten and asked the waitress for assistance. so turns out tt its wet tissue. you juz have to dip it in a little bit of water and viola! it'll bloat up!
so this is all of us outside the restaurant with kunnies friend who is too shy to stand near us. why the gap so big..?!
but tts nt all the action that night! we happened to dine in the same restaurant as brown eye peas girls! woo! i've never heard of their songs or seen them before. but when i was there earlier, i saw this bunch of ppl walking in and i tot wot they have the superstar 'seh'! so i googled them on my laptop but still dont find them familiar. so a while into our meal, a crowd of fans started to form which confirmed my suspicion. they are pretty chio! =)
