We feel lonely, sometimes to the point of tears, but we don’t let those tears come because we are not supposed to cry. Or how we feel a surge of love for a partner but we don’t say anything because we’re frozen with the fear of what those words might do to the relationship.

I've always loved watching movies so I've maxmised my nt so bz work at work and squeezed in 5 movies in a wk!
first movie i caught is Monga! I'm nt a super big fan of ethan ruan/ mark but p wanted to watch so we did catch it anyway. the only word i have for this movie is, its LONG!!! my ass hurt at the end of the movie! but the conversations are meaningful unfortunately alot of them are in taiwanese ||-_- its a very guy movie. 'nuff said.
then it was greenberg, the fist ben stiller non-comedy i think. its a slow and confusing movie. at the end of the movie, i was wondering if i am too dimwitted to understand the movie or issit that the director did not manage to capture the emotions as well. there's definitely more emotions transmitted across than juz talking and i had to google after the movie to understand the meaning of the movie ||-_-
it was a co's treat to watch clash of the titans otherwise i'm nt a fan of Greek mythology. the movie despite the criticism I've heard before the movie, i tot it was nt bad. it helps tt I'm nt watching 3d. i read tt the only 3d effect was the hoovering Chinese subtitles ||-_- but its interesting to see how Medusa looked like cos I've heard so much abt medusa since my speech and drama days and she's juz bn an image conjured in my imaginations based on the books I've read but never seen in movies, even though its a fictional character haha.
p surprised me by getting tix for this movie and i tot it wasn't even showing anymore but its full hse! like omg. we watched it in 3d and the theater had more adults than kids or rather, there seemed to be no kids in the theater. so i guess movies now appeal quite a bit to adults! its a really heartwarming story and the vikings are so cute in their breastplate helmet and super long until can tie up beard haha. and i want my own dragon too! =))
last movie i watched in the week was Martin Scorsese. its definitely not my choice, i had wanted to watch a light hearted date night. but i was overruled so den, jun, me n p caught a midnight movie at vivo on Fri night! the movie was horrifyingly disgusting. right from the start, i wasn't sure it it was a horror movie or thriller etc and throughout, i was rooted to my seat for fear tt some ghost will pop out since the rest of the cast consisting of the mental patients in the hospital looks so hideous. but alas towards the end then i got the movie. the twist at the end of the movie was unexpected to me and Scorsese directed the movie such that the character had the ambiguity and the 4 of us sat outside the cinema to discuss for a good 10mins abt our take on the real persona of dicaprio. its definitely a movie worth a second watch! =)
