We feel lonely, sometimes to the point of tears, but we don’t let those tears come because we are not supposed to cry. Or how we feel a surge of love for a partner but we don’t say anything because we’re frozen with the fear of what those words might do to the relationship.

a cheap and good place for gatherings =) Vintage DeliCafe, a small little cosy halal cafe in the heart of arab street which serves western food!
i wasnt v hungwee, so bestie and i shared a FULL meal. comes with mushroom soup and garlic bread. i <3 the crispy garlic bread!
supreme platter with onion rings and calamari and fries and wedges. we were all famished, din din only started at 830 so this was received with a warm welcome!
yancy's seafood marinara i tried a little of this and its yummy. i still prefer good ol' tomato based pasta.
Wahid's Carbonara =) it is so yummy tt he eats this everytime he visits vintage delicafe. its that good.
Bryan's prawn aglio olio. the noodles were al dente; no too oily, the prawn was succulent =) yum yum!
hooiying's seafood pasta soup! looks like mee soto to me! but apparently its so good tt its the 2nd time she ordered this already. she also ordered this the previous time she went!
Augustine's chicken pomodo.
bestie and mine's mushroom spaghetti with 4X chilli the max they have! its surprising pretty tolerable cos we picked out the chilli padi anyway. yums =)
and of course we have to end the meal with 2 scoops of choc chip ice cream and cheesecake brownie icecream! the cheesecake brownie icecream didnt quite match up to expectation tho' i've had better ones else where. but this vintage delicafe is definitely a good place to bring your muslim friends! for 8 pax meal, the bill onli came up to approx $108. the cafe do get crowded tho' so if ur planning to go in a group, booking is recommended. i prefer to dine outside so we can people watch and also take in the sights and smells of the typical sheesha arab street cos i find tt it gets a little echoy in enclosed areas in the air-con area of the restaurant.
