
last fri was impromptu egg tart baking session. i love egg tarts. but the recipe was not so successful as it wasnt the flaky kind. but its still edible tho' =) we had too much fillings so we made baked egg custard which was yummy in my fave heart shaped mould =) the bottom right was the tau suan tt i attempted to make. i think i steamed the green bean for too long tts y the tau suan came out a little mushy!
cant wait for coming sunday's big cookout! =)
