on a such a bleu monday, me n shiyan decided to bake matcha rolls; aka green tea rolls. similar to cinnamon rolls. so here's the wonderful matcha rolls before baking.


after baking pix. tasted super yummy. 吃新鲜面包的感觉好幸福啊！the green tea was just nice and i also added some left over chocolate chips from prev baking with blended super well =) but overall it was a super tiring baking session. the whole event took ard 5 hrs =(
